Kea Sigma Delta Limited offers a full one year warranty for all of its physical products.
What is Covered
This warranty covers any manufacturing defect in your purchased product.
How Long the Coverage Lasts
This warranty lasts for 1 year from the original date of purchase from Kea Sigma Delta Limited, or an authorized dealer. The list of authorized dealers can be found here: http://keasigmadelta.co.nz/authorized
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage/breakage due to excessive force, abuse, or misuse
What Kea Sigma Delta Limited Will Do
If a manufacturing defect causes the item to break, Kea Sigma Delta Limited will repair the item at our cost. Or, should repair not be possible/economic, provide a replacement or full refund of the purchase price, whichever you prefer.
How to Get Service
You MUST keep the receipt as proof of purchase in order to be eligible for this warranty.
If you have purchased the item from us, then you can:
- Log into your account on this website, look up your order, and click on the warranty button to start the return process
- Visit the request return page with your email address and Order ID
Where possible, return it to the store/dealer from which you purchased for replacement or refund. Otherwise, contact Kea Sigma Delta customer support via email: support@keasigmadelta.co.nz. Please provide a copy of the receipt, and describe the breakage and/or defect (preferably with a photo showing the damage/defect). We will organise the repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
What if I Purchased from an Unauthorized Dealer?
We strongly discourage purchasing from unauthorized dealers, as the goods may be counterfeit. Genuine items are still covered by this warranty from the date of the original purchase (by the unauthorized dealer or some intermediary) from Kea Sigma Delta Limited, or an authorized dealer. As with all other purchases, the receipt of that original purchase must be produced as proof in order to be eligible for this warranty.
If you purchased from an unauthorized dealer/reseller, then you should return the item to that reseller for replacement or refund.
How Law Relates to This Warranty
This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary between jurisdictions (e.g., between states/provinces/countries).
